History of association
The genesis of the association dates back to 1980 in Mumbai, where the key figures, Mr. Ghadge Sir was asked by Hon. Principal Puri Sir met Bhushan Malhotra Sir in Juhu.
Subsequently, a pivotal meeting was orchestrated in Pune, presided over by the esteemed Principal. During this gathering, Principal Sir and Mrs. Puri played instrumental roles in catalyzing the inception of an alumni organization for Sainik School Satara (SSS). Recognizing the diverse representation of alumni in both military and civilian sectors, the decision was made to establish an organization that would embody a unique blend of professional and social values. The SSS Alumni Association aims to foster a distinct ethos, drawing strength from the collective experiences of its members in various spheres.
