We are thrilled to invite you to return to our Alma Mater for the upcoming SSSAA AGM and Biennial Meet. Scheduled over two days, Saturday, 28 December, and Sunday, 29 December 2024, this event promises to bring together Ajinkyans across generations in a warm reunion filled with memories and camaraderie.

This year's Biennial Meet will be especially memorable, as it marks our final gathering in the historic school buildings—the Academic Block, Residential Houses, Cadets Mess, and more—before they make way for new infrastructure.

Objectives of This Year’s AGM & Biennial Meet:

• Introduction of the new President and the newly elected association team
• A chance to relive our cherished school memories
• Opportunities to connect with Ajinkyans from the earliest to the most recent batches
• Networking with alumni across all professions and age groups
• Interactions with current students, and both current and retired school staff

Sponsorship from individuals, businesses, and alumni batches is highly encouraged and appreciated. It’s a great way to contribute to the success of this grand event.

The program will commence at 09:00 hours on 28 December and conclude with high tea at 16:00 hours on 29 December 2024.

Event Fees:

To confirm your attendance, please make the appropriate contribution as outlined below (remember to add your school number in paise to aid tracking):

1. ₹ 2000 for Ajinkyans who passed out before 2018
2. ₹ 500 for Ajinkyans who passed out after 2018
3. ₹ 1500 for each additional family member over 10 years of age
4. ₹ 200 extra for Ajinkyans not registered with SSAA Looking forward to welcoming you back to relive old memories and create new ones!
